today we had lunch with jose andres.  he’s on PBS, sometimes, in my favorite television show “jose made in spain” !  he asked matt and i to travel around the world with him and his family for a sabbatical year.  matt would “teach [him] science” and i would look after the kids.  i think he was .0037% serious, but it was serious enough that i am going to be having dreams of a world tour complete with the best spanish tapas for dinner every night.
